Welcome to Saber Tactics. By enrolling in any course, training session, or event hosted by Saber Tactics (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

All participants must:

- Be 18 years of age or older (or accompanied by a legal guardian if under 18, where permitted).

- Legally possess and handle firearms in the State of California.

- Meet any prerequisites listed in course descriptions.

- We reserve the right to deny participation to anyone who does not meet eligibility criteria.

2. Course Registration & Payment

Registration is confirmed only upon full payment via our website or an authorized representative.

Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed registrations.

Participants are responsible for reviewing all course requirements, including gear and ammunition needs.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

By Participant:

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the course date will receive a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee.

Cancellations made 7–14 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations within 7 days of the course date are non-refundable.

CCW, Online, or Hybrid (Online and In-Person) Classes - once your online course has been started, there are no refunds, but credit may be applied toward another class at the sole discretion of Saber Tactics.

No-shows forfeit all fees.

By Saber Tactics:

In rare cases of inclement weather, range issues, or instructor emergency, we may reschedule or cancel courses. If we cancel a course, participants may choose a full refund or a credit toward a future class.

4. Rescheduling Policy

Participants may request to reschedule once per course:

Requests made more than 7 days in advance may be approved without penalty.

Requests within 7 days of the course date are subject to a 25% rebooking fee, if approved.

5. Safety & Conduct

Safety is our top priority. Participants must follow all range rules, instructor commands, and safety protocols. Failure to comply may result in removal from training without a refund.

We reserve the right to remove any participant who is disruptive, unsafe, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Firearms training involves inherent risk. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your participation and waive any claims against Saber Tactics, its instructors, affiliates, or venue partners for injury, loss, or damages. Participants will be required to sign a separate liability waiver before beginning any training.

7. Media Release

Unless otherwise specified in writing, participants grant Saber Tactics permission to use photographs or video taken during courses for marketing and educational purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All training materials, logos, and course content are the intellectual property of Saber Tactics and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written consent.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
