• Identifying life-threatening injuries in seconds

• Prioritizing care when multiple people are injured (triage)

• Applying the core principles of airway, breathing, and bleeding control

• Treating penetrating trauma to the head, chest, abdomen, and extremities

• Using tools like tourniquets, chest seals, and AEDs

• Performing high-quality, compression-only CPR
